The new HomeServe App now offers an enhanced customer experience, allowing you to easily manage your HomeServe account from your mobile device at any time. By logging in to My Account with your HomeServe ID, you will have quick access to a range of features:

• View your existing HomeServe plans
• Make payments
• Update payment methods
• Go paperless
• Reset HomeServe ID password
• Add/cancel coverage
• Schedule service
• View service history
• Chat with a HomeServe representative

Note that some features may require accessing a link on our app to our website.

In addition, the HomeServe App still provides home maintenance tools through the "My Lists" feature. This feature allows you to troubleshoot home repair issues by easily adding household items, home warranty information, setting reminders, ordering replacement parts, watching how-to videos, and more.
